Xiaogao: I have another co-worker who sits close to me, her name is Amanda. She's always on the phone with her boyfriend talking up a storm. It's really distracting 3, just like Jerry chewing his gum. What should I do about that? She's a girl, is it okay to confront 4 her about it?

Jingjing: Of course it's okay. Just remember to stay professional and ask nicely. She probably doesn't realize that she's being a chatterbox. If you ask her nicely I'm sure she'll keep her voice down.
