For more on China's new Defense White Paper, our reporter Han Bin interviewed Senior Colonel Zhou Bo from the Ministry of National Defense.
Colonel Zhou is also the Director of the Center for International Security Cooperation. He says the new white paper shows China's confidence and its intentions to make itself better understood to the outside world.
